這回企劃邀請到各種不同風格品牌的主理人來與我們聊聊品牌故事,一起聽聽她們的創業歷程,以及是如何一步一步走出屬於自己品牌的路?
品牌介紹 — HERCH
雙胞胎姐妺創立的品牌HERCH,以女性身材曲線為主要品牌定位。在設計草圖討論初期,自身就是性感風格的兩姐妹也將自己融合於眼鏡的設計當中,選擇穠纖合度的鏡腿結合可甜可鹽的焦糖配色,完全符合她們性感又可愛的迷人反差特質。
Q: 當初是什麼時候開始有創業的想法,以及創立HERCH品牌的初衷是什麼呢?
創業初衷是希望可以將我們喜歡的女性態度藉由服裝分享給大家「女人因自信而美麗」穿著應該是沒有設限、沒有規則,更沒有所謂的理想身形。擁抱自己的身體曲線沒有什麼比自信來得更性感!每個人都能展現不一樣的美麗形式。
所以我們家很多比較合身或小露性感的款式,覺得現在社會展露身材已經不是為了給其他人看,而是在把握美麗時光,在最青春、耀眼的年紀裡大大方方的展露光芒,不被社會框架!
Q: When did you first start thinking about starting a business, and what was the original motivation behind founding the HERCH brand?

由我們的名字「韓沁」「韓令」延伸而成。頭尾的兩個H代表著我們雙胞胎兩人。

Our brand embodies a feminine image that is both sexy and elegant.

健康、大膽、自信。優雅又有力量的女性
Healthy, bold, and confident. A woman who is both elegant and powerful.

20~35歲,喜愛獨特風格、喜歡大方展現自我的女性。

We aim to develop a wider range of products to offer diverse experiences for our customers who love our brand.

創造獨特的視覺與品牌風格,將品台打造成為一種風格標籤。
A: Our strategy is to create a unique visual identity and brand style, transforming our platform into a style icon.
Q: 最喜歡工作中的哪一部分?
Q: What is your favorite part of your work?
最喜歡拍攝商品的時候,看模特穿上我們產品自信的樣子。把商品呈現的美美的就能獲得很大的成就感!
I love the product photoshoots the most, seeing the models wear our products with confidence. There’s a great sense of accomplishment in beautifully showcasing our items!
Q: 妳們的風格靈感來源是來自哪裡呢?
Q: Where do you get your inspiration for your style?
我們覺得是不斷地吸收!平常會不斷更新資訊、時常關注大大小小的品牌,找到方向就能發掘品牌的獨特之處。
We believe in constantly absorbing new information! We regularly update ourselves on the latest trends and keep an eye on both big and small brands. By doing so, we find direction and discover the unique aspects of our brand.

Q: 私下shopping的時候喜歡買什麼呢?

除了服裝,最常購入吃的、用的保養品。
Besides clothing, I often buy food, skincare products, and other essentials.
當然是追劇!!偶爾找到閒暇時刻看個一兩集配上美食,再幸福不過了!
Of course, binge-watching TV shows! Finding some spare time to watch an episode or two while enjoying good food is the ultimate happiness!

Q: 妳們最喜歡的品牌是什麼呢,為什麼?
Q: What is your favorite brand and why?
Jacquemus是我們很喜歡的品牌之一,常常在這品牌上感受到驚喜與創新,包括獨特的解構、不對稱的剪裁與誇張比例,有別於傳統法式風格。
Jacquemus is one of our favorite brands. We often feel a sense of surprise and innovation from this brand, with its unique deconstruction, asymmetric cuts, and exaggerated proportions that set it apart from traditional French style.

Q: 在創業的過程中,有什麼令妳們最印象深刻的經驗可以分享嗎?
Q: Throughout your entrepreneurial journey, is there any experience that has particularly stood out to you that you would like to share?
創業初期從摸索、找方向、一步步打造品牌,會不斷的經歷焦慮、改變、過關,這些對我們來說都是很深刻寶貴的經驗。
In the early stages of our business, we went through a lot of exploration, finding our direction, and building the brand step by step. We constantly faced anxiety, made changes, and overcame challenges. These experiences have been incredibly valuable and memorable for us.
Q: 同時身為家人與工作夥伴的你們是如何平衡這兩者來達到工作成效及感情維持?又是如何妥善分配責任的呢?
Q: As both family and work partners, how do you balance these roles to keep things efficient at work and maintain your relationship? How do you split up the responsibilities?
我們雖擁有雙胞胎的默契,但擅長的事不太相同,所以我們很快地就分配好份內的工作與責任,常常也能互相幫助;也因為非常熟悉彼此的關係所以工作上的問題都能直話直說,每天都會進行溝通、討論、反思。
Even though we have the twin bond, our strengths are quite different. So, we quickly divided our tasks and responsibilities, often helping each other out. Our familiarity allows us to be straightforward about work issues. We communicate, discuss, and reflect every day.


Q: 你們都是以性感風格為主要公眾形象,那你們又會如何形容自身個性呢?
Q: Your public image is mainly centered around a sexy style. How would you describe your own personalities?
其實我們私底下ㄎㄧㄤㄎㄧㄤ的,在朋友眼裡有時候比較少根筋、也比較樂天派~但也有很感性的一面。
Actually, in private, we’re quite quirky and carefree. Our friends sometimes see us as a bit absent-minded and optimistic. However, we also have a very sentimental side.

A: Acetate is a premium material commonly used in luxury eyewear. We want our HERCH customers to enjoy stylish, high-end sunglasses without having to spend a fortune.
